Carter’s Rubber Legged Dragon was originally tied for chasing panfish species. It has proven a great fly for doing just that. It works well in early season as well as throughout the season. It is a straight forward fly to tie and seems to work better the worse it looks! Productive colors are Black and Olive. The Rubber Legged Dragon is a great fly for all kinds of panfish, crappie and even Bass!  These are all on size 6 hooks.
